Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty).
  • Gift cards.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
