Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

Timeless is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal services or courier companies

  • Customs processing

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Timeless is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items
